Q:What happens to the clothes when their consignment period expires?
A:We are partnered with Mamas for Mamas and donate all expired clothing to this amazing charity. (Along with 1% of all profit) Mamas for Mamas then distributes the clothes to families in need in our very own community. Those who need it most benefit and the sustainibility of clothing is lengthened, keeping the clothing out of our landfills.
Q:How do I organize my clothes for drop off?
A: Freshly Laundered - washed within one week of appointment. Free of Stains and excessive wear - please pre-screen your items for stains and wear. Please have all buttons buttoned and zippers zipped and snaps snapped.
Q: Are you only online or is there an actual store:
A: We are both online and Downtown Kelowna, 1427 Ellis St. .
Q: What if I have out of season items?
A: We happily take all seasons all year round. Out of season items may be held till we feel its appropriate to list them.
Q:Do you take strollers, car seats, high chairs, furniture etc?
A: No. We are exclusively clothing, accessories and shoes.
Q: How does Oh Baby! Consignment Co. determine prices?
A: Upon receipt of your item(s), we will be fully responsible for assessing each item for style, condition, and brand. We then choose a price point that is reflective of industry standards. Pricing is at our discretion, prices are based on demand. condition, brand, seasonality and inventory.
Q: What is the consignment split at Oh Baby! Consignment Co?
A: You can choose between a 40% store credit of the selling price of your consigned items or direct payment via e-transfer of 30%. A $2.00 processing fee will be deducted from the payment of each e-transfer.
Q. What size of clothing do you accept?
A: We are accepting up to 6 years.

Q: What is consignment/consigner?
A: Simply put, consignment is a partnership between you (the consigner) and a 3rd party (Oh Baby! Consignment Co.) in which you provide us your goods to sell. You as the consigner then earn a portion of the sales profit.
